Bethany Ehlmann
Bethany Ehlmann is a Co-Investigator on the Mastcam-Z and SHERLOC investigations for the Mars 2020 mission’s Perseverance rover. She is a Professor of Planetary Science at Caltech and Research Scientist at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory. She has been a member of the mission teams of the Mars Exploration Rovers Spirit and Opportunity, the Compact Reconnaissance Imaging Spectrometer for Mars, the Mars Science Laboratory Curiosity rover, the Dawn mission for its Ceres exploration phase, and is Principal Investigator of the upcoming Lunar Trailblazer mission. Bethany is also author of Dr. E’s Super Stellar Solar System, a kids book on space exploration with National Geographic.
