Eva Scheller
Eva Scheller is a Student Collaborator on the Mastcam-Z investigation for the Mars 2020 mission’s Perseverance rover. Originally from Denmark, she is now a graduate student in Geology at Caltech and is Co-Lead of the 2020 mission’s “Outside Jezero” working group. Her recent research focuses on C, O, and H isotope systems, hydrous carbonate precipitation and transformation, and remote sensing and geologic history of Martian terrains, including the terrains surrounding Jezero crater. She will work on analyses of Mastcam-Z downlinked data.
