Lucia Mandon
Lucia Mandon is a postdoctoral scholar research associate in Planetary Science at the California Institute of Technology and a collaborator on the Mastcam-Z and SuperCam teams. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Lyon in 2020, where she worked on the geology of the landing sites of the Mars 2020 and ExoMars rovers. Her research focuses on the characterization of Martian past environments using a combined approach of remote sensing, rover-based analysis, and analog lab work. When she is away from Mars, she enjoys hiking and can usually be found rock climbing.
